Yusuf, being a partner at rightpath also is the founder and Chief Trainer at SourcePRO and been in the recruitment industry for the last 20 years. He is a CPSP (Certified People Sourcing Professional) Level-2 Professional. He has trained over 30000+ Recruitment & Sourcing professionals all over India from corporates that include MNC’s like TCS, MakeMyTrip, Amazon, Kellly Services, WNS, Capgemini, Novartis, IDFC, Accenture, McAfee, Fiserv, AXIS Bank, and many more. Yusuf is the Managing Director of a company called Key Resourcing which is an RPO and founded by him in 2009. Earlier he held senior positions in RPOs like Arden Systems (from 2001 till 2004) & OS2i (from 2005 till 2009) where he lead a team size of50-60for various process like CV Sourcing, Passive Sourcing & Name Sourcing. He holds strong experience into sourcing across APAC, EMEA and US. He has been listed as one of the top 100 influential HR’s In India.
