Mentor Coaching

RightPath has a 5 session program format focused on coaching mentors. Each session is focused on specific insight & actionable. The program keeps the mentee mindset in perspective. Action learning plans (ALP) are drawn up between sessions. Clear actionable are executed on mentor approach towards mentee. The program gives a great experience for senior managers & mentors.

Coaching the Coach

A 4 session intensive program format for building up coaches in the enterprise. Each session is brings out the expertise from the participant needed to deploy while coaching. Play books are co-developed in the course with the participant(s). Action learning plans (ALP) are drawn up between sessions. The program is meant for managers, leaders and coaches.

Theme based Coaching

A 6 month enterprise wide program format based on specific outcomes needed by organisation stakeholders. Theme based coaching program is executed in batches of 6 to 8 participants with 1 on 1 sessions and FGD - focused group discussions. ALPs are drawn up and executed with-in the batch. Use cases are called out and discussed. This program is very effective in culture change and evangelizing specific themes across the enterprise.

Mentor Wave - Creating Mentors

Mentor Wave is a mentor creation framework meant for the enterprise, wanting to build a culture of mentoring across the corporation. The Mentor Wave framework is agile, flexible and is implemented over a span of 6 to 14 months. The program begins with as-is scenario, mentor selection, creating a mentor network and building themes around mentoring agenda. This program is an excellent fit for grooming high potentials & first time managers.

Customized Individual & Team Mentoring

Customized individual & team mentoring is a focused group discussion (FGD) based format for high performance teams and individuals. This is 150 day program. The format consists of 4 to 6 FGDs with tasks and ALPs between the FGDs. This program is ideal for building high performance teams, and high potential mid level managers.
