RightPath Code of Ethics & Professional Conduct

This Code applies to every RightPath team member, partner, and consultant. It defines how we behave, how we represent ourselves, and how we uphold the trust placed in us by clients, colleagues, and the larger business community.

General Conduct Expectations

  • We act with honesty, fairness, and transparency in all our business dealings.
  • Professionalism is non-negotiable—our tone, appearance, and behavior must reflect dignity.
  • We respect confidentiality, whether of client information, team discussions, or sensitive data.
  • We are inclusive and respectful of people from diverse backgrounds, beliefs, and preferences.
  • Bullying, harassment, and any form of discrimination are strictly against our values.

Conduct at Client Premises

  • We are guests and professionals when on client premises. Our conduct must honor their environment and culture.
  • Respect the client's dress code, security policies, and workspace protocols.
  • Avoid unsolicited opinions or critique of the client’s teams, systems, or leadership.
  • Never discuss internal RightPath matters or politics at the client location.
  • Consumption or possession of alcohol, drugs, or tobacco at or near client premises is strictly prohibited.

Zero-Tolerance on Substance Abuse

We maintain a zero-tolerance policy toward:

  • Use, possession, or influence of illegal drugs, narcotics, or controlled substances in any form.
  • Being under the influence of alcohol while on duty or during client-facing engagements.
  • Smoking, vaping, or chewing tobacco while on-site or during client interactions.
  • Repeated behavioral issues arising from substance dependence or mental impairment due to addiction.

Violation of these may lead to immediate disciplinary action, including termination without notice.

RightPath Employee Commitments

Every team member of RightPath commits to:

  • Upholding integrity, ownership, and ethical decision-making.
  • Avoiding conflict of interest—and disclosing personal or professional situations that may impact judgment.
  • Protecting client and RightPath IP, data, devices, and financial assets.
  • Dressing appropriately and maintaining a clean, credible, and respectful appearance.
  • Refraining from any act of theft, sexual misconduct, bribery, or cyber misuse.

Raising Concerns & Whistleblowing

  • All employees are encouraged to report ethical concerns to HR or leadership, confidentially.
  • Whistleblowers are protected. Retaliation will not be tolerated.
  • Investigations will be handled fairly, discreetly, and with integrity.
  • Corrective action will be taken when required—we do not compromise on values.
