RightPath's Leadership Programs build, transform and enable effective leadership. Delivery is via design thinking and principles of effectuation. Ideal for 1st time managers, Mid Management and Top Management.

PERSONAL IMPACT

Personal Impact Program builds personal branding, being effective, and enables the ability to lead diligently. Delivered via principles of branding, mindfulness and the art of positioning. RightPath enables participants via the power of introspection and discovery. Personal Impact program offering is a mix of 1 - 1 sessions and FGD over 4 to 8 sessions..

1st TIME MANAGER

RightPath 1st Time Manager programs enable and equip new managers with essential qualities for leadership journey. This program focuses on decision making, communication, personal branding, assertiveness and emotional intelligence. Ideal for New Managers and senior employees stepping into the FTM role.

DIVERSITY

RightPath believes that inclusion is a key to building a creative and agile team. In the Industry 4.0 era, inclusion and mitigation of unconscious bias is the only way to achieve organisation goals. RightPath's diversity programs have a host of outcomes ranging from sensitization to specific business outcomes. The average diversity program tenure is typically between 6 months to 2 years.

THE OAR

OAR stands for Ownership, Accountability & Responsibility. This workshop based program focuses on awareness and execution for accountability. Participants understand and build essence of ownership, accountability and responsibility for effective behaviour in alignment with organisation goals. Ideal for Mid Management and 1st time managers. Spans over 4 months.

COMMUNICATION

RightPath’s effective Communication workshop based programs enable employee growth and success. The program focuses on active listening, dealing with tough conversations, networking, and public Speaking for employee development. Ideal for all levels of employees and managers.

CONFLICT MANAGEMENT

Conflict Management is a highly customised program. Program commences with due diligence. Based on specific conflict management frameworks. Creative resolution techniques and empathy based interactions are used for conflict resolution. Ideal for Floor Management, Mid Management, and Top Management. This program is set-up for 1 to 3 months.

COMPETENCY BUILDING

RightPath’s Competency Building programs focus on building specific competencies with-in an organisation & within business units. Workshop focus is on goal alignment, competency mapping and building a self-sustaining culture. Ideal for all levels.

EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE

RightPath’s Emotional Intelligence program enables and builds a collaborative and productive workplace. The program outcomes are customised and can be number tagged. The enables effective relationships, workplace collaboration, builds effective managers and peer leaders. Ideal for all levels of organisation, High Potentials, Mid Management and Top Management. Program format ranges from workshops to coaching, and building a buddy system for culture setting.
