Appropriate frameworks are deployed to capture and evolve a competency model. The program concludes by intensive FGDs with employees and managers projecting authentic skill sets and skill gaps. RightPath’s Turnaround program offering is a 12 to 16 month format. Program is intensive, with high interactions, multiple touch points and creative iterations. This program enables building effective systems and processes effecting an organisation turnaround.

MENTORING & COACHING

Mentoring & Coaching program is a 4 to 8 months customised program building a enterprise wide framework for Mentoring or Coaching. This program is delivered via a top down approach focused on a minimum 3 year organisational vision. Mentoring & Coaching program creates a strong leadership bench, effective succession planning, and right attitude with-in the organisation.

1-POINT TRANSFORMATION FOCUS

1 Point Transformation focus is a customised theme based program of a single agenda driven transformation with-in the organisation. The program tenure is from 14 to 18 months. This is a high intensity introspection on processes, and business actionable program.

MERGERS & ACQUISITIONS

RightPath’s M&A program offering is a 8 to 16 months format. The M&A Program focuses on Human Resources Department. Program begins with due-diligence and goes on to creating a new organisation structure, salary parity, remuneration rationalisation, and new culture setting. HR Policy making and Regulatory Compliance is part of the M&A program. RightPath's program is intensive, with high interactions with leadership team. The program has multiple touch points and is interactive with employees at all levels.

RightPath’s HPP is a 12 month calendar program. High potentials are identified, selected and their abilities enabled to lead the organisation. Development of High Potentials is done via a competency frameworks, individual task management, and coaching.

Leadership Hiring

RightPath enables search and hiring competent leaders for select clients. We work towards searching leaders with aligned aspirations to the organisation vision. RightPath brings in expertise, network, and market research in identifying suitable leaders. We work on a combination of referrals, search, competition mapping, allied industry search and extensive leader data, to add an effective, rigorous, and comprehensive approach to our leadership hiring processes. RightPath works on an annual retainer format with select clients for leadership hiring.

RightPath talent acquisition strategy program is a workshop based format involving 3 design thinking workshops over 40 days. The program outcomes is detailed strategy for talent acquisition and mapping of competencies required for the next 36 months.

The program typically involves all stakeholders and key project managers working on in-depth action plans between the 3 design thinking workshops.
