Unconscious Bias Mitigation

Creative workshops on mitigating unconscious bias and building awareness on the impact it has on the decisions. The unconscious bias mitigation sessions are a key to build an inclusive and intercultural workplace, leadership and practices. If left unaddressed, unconscious biases affect hiring, compensation, performance, succession planning, retention, and other critical talent decisions. To counter these influences, RightPath creates interactive sessions for bringing in awareness and shift in organisational thinking. Sessions range from 1/2 day workshops to enterprise wide roll outs.

Understanding Diversity

RightPath’s Understanding Diversity program enables understanding, accepting and dealing with diversity for organisation employees and leaders. The workshop format is a series of 3 hour workshops with a top-down approach on facets of diversity. This program builds a strong pro-diversity culture and enables an over all employee wellbeing. The program spans from 4 to 8 months, and deployed across the organisation.

Diversity Leadership Enablement

RightPath's Diversity Leadership Enablement Programs build, transform and enable effective leadership amongst women, LGBTQ employees and managers. The enablementprogram is creative, it builds a road map for participants on skill acquisition, leadership and work-life balance. The program is customised in line with organisation goals. Delivery is via Design Thinking and principles of Effectuation.






Building Inclusion Program

RightPath's Building Inclusion Program builds, inclusivity and culture of diversity with-in the organisation. The program enables the talent acquisition for the right talent from different social, cultural and educational back grounds. The program has 3 phases. Understanding, Acting and Nurturing. The initial phase reaches out to managers at all levels for propagating the positives of inclusivity. Building Inclusion is customised as per organisation needs and goals. The program format is 12 month calendar duration.

Theme Based Diversity Initiatives

RightPath has specific theme based Diversity Initiatives and enablement programs. These theme based programs can be deployed enterprise wide and are built on self-sustainable frameworks. The Diversity Initiatives are highly customised single point or dual point agenda programs. This initiative is a 12 month calendar format program. It is a high top level participation program.
