Terms and Conditions for Coaching for the RightPath

  1. Acceptance of Terms
    By enrolling in Coaching for the RightPath, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined by RightPath Lifestyle Pvt Ltd (hereafter referred to as "RightPath").
  2. Coaching Format
    • All regular coaching sessions are conducted online, enabling flexible access and convenience for participants across locations.
    • In addition, a face-to-face intensive session is offered once each quarter. These quarterly sessions are conducted in rotation across major cities: Pune, Mumbai, Bangalore, and Delhi.
    • Participants will receive advance notification of the quarterly session schedule to plan accordingly.
  3. Coaching Fee
    The monthly fee for the coaching program is ₹1,00,000, inclusive of four weekly 2-hour online sessions and one quarterly 2-day in-person intensive. GST @18% is additional.
  4. Payment and Confirmation
    Enrollment is confirmed upon full payment via the payment gateway. A confirmation email with session details will be sent once payment is complete.
  5. Cancellation and Refund Policy
    • Cancellation Before Monthly Sessions Begin: A full refund will be issued if you cancel before the start of the month.
    • Cancellation After Monthly Sessions Begin: No refunds will be available once the month’s sessions have commenced.
    • Rescheduling of Sessions:
      • Sessions may be rescheduled due to emergencies, with a maximum of two reschedules per quarter.
      • Requests must be submitted in writing to info@rightpath.co at least 48 hours before the scheduled session.
      • Quarterly in-person intensive sessions cannot be rescheduled individually.
  6. Termination of Coaching
    RightPath reserves the right to terminate the coaching relationship if the participant fails to meet attendance requirements or violates these terms. In such cases, no refund will be issued.
  7. Confidentiality and Privacy
    All information shared during coaching sessions will be treated as confidential and not disclosed without consent, except as required by law.
  8. Intellectual Property
    All coaching materials provided by RightPath are for personal use only and cannot be distributed or reproduced without prior written consent.
  9. Disclaimer
    Coaching is a collaborative process, and RightPath does not guarantee specific results. Participants are responsible for implementing insights gained during sessions.

Attendance at quarterly sessions is encouraged for maximum benefit, but they are optional. Participants unable to attend a particular session may continue with the regular monthly online sessions.

All information shared during coaching is treated with confidentiality and used solely for program purposes, except as required by law.

The coaching program is designed for sustained growth and benefits from long-term participation, but participants may enroll on a monthly basis. A 9-month commitment is recommended for those seeking comprehensive growth.

Terms & Conditions

    By registering for the Discovery Series Workshop, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined by RightPath Lifestyle Pvt Ltd (hereafter referred to as “RightPath”).
  2. Workshop Fee
    The fee is ₹22,500 per participant, inclusive of workshop materials, tea, coffee, snacks, and lunch. GST @18% is additional. Accommodation is not included.
  3. Payment and Confirmation
    Registration is confirmed upon full payment via the payment gateway. A confirmation email with workshop details will be sent once payment is complete.
  4. Cancellation and Refund Policy
    • If you cancel 30 days or more before the workshop: A full refund will be issued.
    • For cancellations after 30 days prior to the workshop: A 10% processing charge will be applied, as venue payments would have already been arranged.
    • Rescheduling:
      • If you are unable to attend your chosen date, you may reschedule to a future workshop within the next 6 months, subject to availability.
      • Rescheduling requests must be submitted in writing to harsh@rightpath.co at least 7 days prior to the workshop date.
  5. Attendance Requirements
    • All workshops begin promptly at 9:00 a.m. and conclude at 5:30 p.m.
    • Participants are required to arrive at the venue 20 minutes prior to the start time to complete check-in procedures and settle in.
    • Please be at the venue by 8:40 a.m. to ensure a smooth start.
  6. Workshop Rescheduling and Cancellation by Organizer
    RightPath reserves the right to reschedule or cancel the workshop due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, participants may receive a full refund or opt to attend a rescheduled workshop date.
  7. Liability and Disclaimer
    • RightPath is not liable for any loss, damage, injury, or theft occurring during the workshop. Participants are responsible for their belongings.
    • RightPath is not responsible for consequential or incidental damages arising from participation.
  8. Privacy and Confidentiality
    • Participant information will remain confidential and used only for workshop communications.
    • Participants agree not to distribute workshop materials without written permission from RightPath.
  9. Intellectual Property
