RightPath works on an annual retainer format with select clients for leadership hiring.

RightPath executive search services identify, engage and invite competent leaders to take up responsible leadership positions in organisations. Our approach is project based, specific, with research undertaken to determine correct organisational fitment.
We work with clients to identify the job profile, selection criteria, and key success factors involving formal stakeholder meetings and in-depth discussions. The approximate duration for each search project is between 30 days to 120 days.

Candidate Mapping

RightPath collects and maps market information of prospective candidates for clients. We identify talent by profiling them on the basis of the company, job role, or department. This is a customised for our clients, facilitating decisions for recruitment on current and future projects. We also understand clients’ future growth plans and ensure that a robust succession plan is in place should any key talent exit.
RightPath assists organisations in linking talent management with strategic workforce planning, and the need for different skills and qualities as the businesses pivot post COVID19. Our services enable our clients to attract and hire competent candidates and equip them for future changes. Candidate Mapping project is for 120 days at organsations beyond 500 employees, and up to 90 days at organisations below 500 employees.

RightPath provides extensive interview services to clients. Our partner led, face-to-face, telephone, or video candidate interview services determine the relevance of experience, appropriateness of style, adaptability to culture, and barriers to entry.
RightPath also process pre-arranged interview dates, times, and venues. Our comprehensive approach includes: a vast database, extensive outreach, in-depth behavioural interviews, comprehensive reports, assessments, and a 360° analysis of the candidate’s qualities and strengths. We seek background information, get perspective, analyse the job description, and prepare all the necessary questions and vital information required during the interview. This enables clients save the time and effort required to thoroughly review and interview the suitable candidates.

Talent Acquisition Strategy

RightPath talent acquisition strategy program is a workshop based format involving 3 design thinking workshops over 40 days. The program outcomes is detailed strategy for talent acquisition and mapping of competencies required for the next 36 months.

The program typically involves all stakeholders and key project managers working on in-depth action plans between the 3 design thinking workshops.

HR Business Process Consulting

RightPath uses in-depth experience in HR environments to deliver a custom business process assessment of HR environment and offer constructive recommendations based on proven best practices.
